Sassa, Post Office sent back to resolve grants deadlock

Members of parliament have sent the SA Social Security Agency and the Post Office back to the negotiating table to work through issues around the payment of social grants. Members of parliament argued that they have been lied to by officials and the process is being deliberately engineered to favour external service providers.
