Securing Rwanda’s gorilla tourism revenue

Gorillas are a flagship species for Rwanda. Trekking of these endangered animals contributed to over 92 per cent of the revenues collected in tourism. Rwanda has doubled the efforts to protect her Gorillas through conservation and have engaged her youth in the efforts to ensure sustainable tourism for now and the future.
