Zimbabwe could save SA from downgrade

According to Dr Conrad Beyers, Department of Actuarial Science, University of Pretoria, Barclays Africa Chair in Actuarial Science, the credit rating downgrades that were widely expected for “Black Friday” appear less likely after the resignation of President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe.
