Back in 2012, Rwanda initiated “NaYombi”, a programme that is designed to harness service delivery in the service sector which is the biggest driver of the country’s economy. Six years on, we assess the impact of the initiative in this interview with Clare Akamanzi, CEO of Rwanda Development Board.
