Rwandan retailers move business from CBD to suburbs

According to a report by property consultancy Knight Frank, retail space in Kigali reached 90,000 square metres but only 35 percent had been occupied by June 2016. Most buildings located in Kigali’s suburbs recorded higher occupancy rates as retailers shift their companies from the central business district. CNBC Africa filed this report.
