SA community fights for the right to say no to mining

There’s huge controversy over plans to mine titanium rich-sand on a beautiful stretch of African coastline. An Australian mining is targeting the small community of Xolobeni – without their consent and at their own personal cost. The residents are in uproar and plan to take the Department of Mineral Sources to court to defend their land. Human Rights Attorney, Richard Spoor joins CNBC Africa for more.
