Unsecured lending continues to weigh on SA consumers

South African consumers remain quite financially vulnerable. That is according to the third quarter Consumer Financial Vulnerability Index. Momentum and Unisa released results which looked into income, expenditure, savings and debt vulnerability of consumers in the country. This latest index found there has been minimal improvement compared to second quarter which now stands at 49.7 points.
