President Cyril Ramaphosa’d written response has sat the cat among the pigeon as to why the state is responsible for former president’s legal fees. Ramaphosa said the agreement was made in terms of the State Attorney Act and Treasury regulations. Meanwhile the DA is planning a legal challenge to the decision to pay for Zuma’s legal troubles.
