Focus on debt sustainability in Africa

East African economies have in the past 10 years borrowed about $29.4 billion from China to grow their transport, communication, manufacturing and energy sectors. This amount is growing and becoming a burden to repay. Alun Thomas, IMF Resident Representative for Congo joins CNBC Africa for more.
