SA govt reveals plans to deal with Eskom’s lost billions

South African government has revealed that plans are in place for struggling power utility, Eskom to be separated into three entities around 2022. Eskom which is cited the biggest risk to Africa’s most industrialised economy, will be split into units for generation, transmission and distribution. Minister of Public Enterprises, Pravin Gordhan spoke to CNBC Africa for more.
