Sibanye Stillwater CEO Neal Froneman announced at Joburg Indaba that the company has plans to invest outside of the country thanks to a non-conducive investment climate in South Africa. Froneman says that the labour relations Act needs to be more business friendly. This statement was linked to a four month strike and a labour court decision which granted an extension of the wage agreement to AMCU.
