The property market is welcoming the newly signed Property Practitioners Act of 2019 which cancels and replaces the 43 year old Estate Agency Affairs Act of 1976. The act is aimed at improving the functioning of the property market and includes regulating the buying, selling and renting of land and buildings according to government.
