April 6 (Reuters) – The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1100 GMT on Tuesday:

** Dolce & Gabbana is not in talks with French luxury group Kering over a possible tie-up, the chief executive of the Italian fashion company said in an interview.

** U.S. asset manager BlackRock and Canada’s Brookfield Asset Management Inc are no longer in the race to buy a stake in Saudi oil giant Aramco’s pipeline business, two sources familiar with the deal said.

** South Africa has signed an agreement with Pfizer Inc for 20 million dual shot COVID-19 vaccine doses, a government official told Reuters, boosting plans to start mass vaccinations from April. (Compiled by Sahil Shaw in Bengaluru)
