Kenya 2021/22 budget cuts; Losers, gainers

In Kenya, according to the National Treasury and Planning Cabinet Secretary Ukur Yatani, the State has chopped off $82.5 Million from its 2021/2022 budget on both its development and recurrent expenditure targets amid a tough economy.
