Naspers plans share swap plan with Prosus in effort to boost value

Technology company Prosus has announced plans to acquire up to 45.4 per cent of its parent Naspers by issuing new shares. Naspers, which has a controlling stake in Prosus and would remain majority owner says it hopes the deal will improve valuation for both companies. Bob van Dijk, Group CEO of Prosus and Naspers joins CNBC Africa for more.
