JOHANNESBURG, March 26 (Reuters) – South Africa sold 611 million rand ($40.72 million) of three-month Treasury bills, less than the 1.4 billion rand on offer, at an average yield of 3.85% from 3.86% last week, central bank data showed on Friday. The bid-to-cover ratio fell to 1.0 from 1.3 last week.
