JOHANNESBURG, April 1 (Reuters) – South Africa sold 1.3 billion rand ($88.4 million) of three-month Treasury bills, at an average yield of 3.87% from 3.85% last week, central bank data showed on Friday. The bid-to-cover ratio rose to 1.1 from 1.0 last week.
