Marot acknowledged the stiff competition they were facing in a market saturated with burger and steakhouse brands, but expressed confidence in the distinctiveness of what Ribs & Burgers brings to the table. One of the key features that sets Ribs & Burgers apart is its focus on quality ingredients, particularly grass-fed free-range beef, offering a healthier alternative in a market dominated by fast food chains.
