IFC's Jamie Fergusson explains success of Scaling Solar programme

Scaling Solar is a programme that was piloted across various countries in Africa last year as the continent looks to alternative sources of power. Scaling Solar brings together World Bank Group services under a single engagement aimed at creating a market for solar power in participating countries country.
