COVID-19 lock-down: Minister Uwamariya on the reopening of schools in Rwanda

Rwanda is investing more than $200 million in constructing new schools and additional classrooms across the country as it prepares for school reopening after months of closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The government is also recruiting close to 30 thousand new teachers. Education Minister, Dr. Valentine Uwamariya joins CNBC Africa for more.
