How Togo plans to become Africa’s digital hub

Cina Lawson, Togo’s Minister of Digital Economy and Transformation says Google’s Equiano Subsea Cable which landed in the country is an important part of their strategy to become a digital hub in Africa. The Minister adds that a digitization strategy has been developed to capture key policies that support the country’s ecosystem.
